If you have ever wished you had bigger boobs but could not afford breast enhancement surgery, then growing them the natural way is the only solution. The good news is that it is possible to grow your breasts the natural way although it takes time. My own breasts were once tiny but with the right techniques I have grown them by almost 2 cup sizes, so I know what I’m talking about.
There are various factors that determine the size and shape of your breasts. Among them are your age, genes, diet and lifestyle factors. Fortunately, estrogen is present in nature in the form of phytoestrogen (plant estrogen) which are found in herbs and plants like fennel seed, fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam, dong quai, soy, kelp, blessed thistle and watercress. Phytoestrogen has the ability to mimic the role of estrogen in your body thus enlarging your breasts.
It is also advantageous to consume more fats since your breasts are mainly made up of fat cells (Adipose tissue). But the fats should be in the form of poly or monounsaturated fats from vegetable oil, canola oil, olive oil and deep sea fish oil. Avoid saturated fats that are mainly found in animal fats as these will cause health issues. Generally, maintain a balanced diet and avoid junk food and processed food.
In so far as your lifestyle is concerned, make sure you get adequate rest everyday and avoid stress as far as possible. Do not wear bras or attire that are too tight-fitting as these restrict blood flow to your breasts and limits its growth. Engage in some exercise for your chest as this will build up the pectoral muscles underneath your breasts thus pushing them up. Chest exercise does not grow your breasts but they do enlarge your pectoral muscles thus making your breasts look bigger.
Maintaining a positive mindset is just as important as all the physical techniques mentioned above. This is where most breast growth products fail. They focus on the physical needs but not the mental and emotional aspects.
