Can you eat rice paper raw for spring rolls?
Cause Idk i feel stupid I ate a whole paper rolled into a spring roll, but my mother in law said i was supposed to bake it first?
Let's make sure we're talking about the same thing ... Rice paper is whiteish-clear, dry and fragile. Same stuff? OK.
All you need to do is run it under cool water until it 'reconstitutes' and becomes pliable. I've never heard of baking it, but then again, I'm not well-versed in rice paper cooking. I've only seen/used it in the way I just described.
